First Halloween Party at Tango E14 ever! On Saturday 1st November we will create a spooktacular atmosphere with special lighting and decorative touches. As a special treat Anita and Stuart will be teaching the class on giro and ocho combinations.
There might be special scary food and drink as well as a price for best dressed dancer! As Stuart has been the driving force behind our lovely atmosphere at milongas, we couldn’t forego letting him loose on a halloween theme!
Class on giros and ocho combinations
As the last few classes we have spent time on mastering ochos and giros. It is time to embed these learnt skills into longer combinations. An example would be basic salida into ochos and parada, followed by a giro. Then after we have learnt this we will ask you to change up the order and play with this as in order to apply the skills in your own way and honour the improvisational character of tango.
Private tuition available
There are slots of an hour before or after this Saturday event for private tuition suitable for couples. If you are interested in booking a private class please ring Tony Lane on 02075383852.
