After a great class from Gaston Oguin and his partner Manuco Firmani last week Saturday on the basics and technique of tango, we continue this Saturday with basic technique and enrosques.
This Saturday we will be working shortly on tango technique of walking and pivoting, doing ochos for the beginners and lapis decorations and for the more experienced dancers we will be teaching enrosques for leaders and followers. Don’t miss it as several dancers have asked for this!!
Class on enrosques
Saturday will be starting at 1pm on basic technique. We will go over tango posture, walking and connection. After that basic turning or pivoting technique and leading and following ochos. Then for the more advanced dancers we will explain how to do enrosques for follower and leaders. Starting with basic circles or lapis on the floor then followed by spirals and joining pivot and spiral together. Followers can do enrosques as an adorno during the molinete and if slow and given space and time after an ocho. Leaders can do it any time really however commonly done when leading a giro. We will shortly discuss all the options and explain in detail the aforementioned figures or tango principles.
Private tuition available
There are slots of an hour before or after this Saturday event for private tuition suitable for couples. If you are interested in booking a private class please ring Tony Lane on 02075383852.
