Tony will lead the class in a detailed exploration of Giros and their variations, including musicality of Giros. This class will be suitable for all levels including beginners, and experienced dancers who want to broaden their skills.
This will be a continuation of the class we started in the beginning of October however don’t worry if you haven’t attended that Saturday. This class will be a standalone class and not relying on skills you have learnt in the previous class. There will for those that are interested a short technique recap.
Class on giros
Tony will teach a lesson on giros continuing the previous one on the basics of giros. Most dancers decided they would like to do more on variations for giros and practice doing giros with precision, good connection and in time with the music. For those that want to practice just that there will opportunity to do so for those that want or need more challenging material Tony will give you variations in rhythm, crosses, saccades. The possibilities are endless once you have mastered the basic principle of giros. Come and spice up and or improve your giros!
