Class on Tango Vals
As usual we start with half an hour of warm up, with grounding, breathing and balancing exercises to prepare us thoroughly for walking to vals timing followed by leading and following ochos, then for those that would like more how to dance ochoitos to vals music and for the most advanced how to dance Cardenas to vals 3/4 meter.
Private classes available
There are slots available for private classes occasionally before the group class or after the milonga. These classes are suitable for individuals as well as couples or friends. Getting here
Take the Dockland’s Light Rail (DLR) to Crossharbour station. At the foot of the station stairs, cross Eastferry Road at the pedestrian crossing, then keep going straight ahead as you are on Glengall Grove. The hall is 150 metres down on the right.
Buses 277, 135, D6 and D8 will take you to the ASDA store at Crosshabour. Walk along the path on the right of the Health Centre car park, this takes you directly to Glengall Grove and St John’s Community Hall.
