This Saturday 28th of October we look into Giros in detail; understanding the details of them and how we lead and follow them. How can we vary them? Look at the dynamics of them. How can we create our own tango dance together in the moment?
1 – 2.30 Class with Tony and Anita on ‘Giros’ in detail .
This is our second class about ‘Giros’, understanding the details of them and how we lead and follow them. How can we vary them? Look at the dynamics of them. How can we create our own tango dance together in the moment? Last week we looked closely at the structure of giros. This week we will build on those details so that we can control them and use them to create interesting, variable and dynamic tango with our partner. We will start with a variety of exercises, especially relating to our pivot, and dissociation. Please click here for practical advice or teaching notes on giros.
Please come early to get the full benefit of this class.
This class is aimed at all levels, beginners and experienced dancers. So do come and join in. There is something for everyone in this class
