Saturday we are teaching topics on dancers’ requests so there you go. Come along this Saturday 28th September 2024 for clarification and practice on change of tempo, how to get in and out of cross and parallel system and short recap of giros.
Saturday the usual afternoon with class from 1 till 2.30pm and milonga with DJ Andy Warner behind his laptop for wonderful tunes for us to dance to!
Class on cross and parallel system as well as giros.
As some dancers have asked for certain topics to be taught last week, Saturday 21st September, we will be teaching several topics in one lesson. First of all, how to lead and follow the change of speed in walking so how to dance a corrida or a run and how to get back to dancing on the beat or normal tempo. Followed by how to get in and out of parallel and cross systems as when we did ochos last week some dancers seem to be confused about that. Also another request was how to follow or lead ochos. So, we’ll see how far we will get however if we get to giros it will just be the basics. This class is suitable for beginners however you might get more out of it if you already had a few lessons.
Private tuition available
There are slots of an hour before or after this Saturday event for private tuition suitable for couples. If you are interested in booking a private class please ring Tony Lane on 02075383852.
