Saturday 29 March Tango E14 is back on as usual. Anita will continue to teach Fit for Tango exercises and Tony will finish his choreography started last time.
The building is back open; the water issue has been resolved and the tango can be restarted! You are invited to join Tony and Anita for a laidback, encouraging and motivating learning environment and dance community that is Tango E14!
Class on Tango Fitness and giros and voleos
Anita will continue the theme of strengthening exercises that will increase our balance and improve our walking as well as stretching exercises that will raise awareness and our disassociation of our bodies that are very useful for tango. And Tony will continue with the sequence he started 2 weeks ago. Don’t worry if you weren’t there as we mainly did the walking turn followed by a giro. This week the giro followed by a voleo will be included. If you are a complete beginner we will mainly focus on embrace, timing and walking. However you can have a taster and a look what those tango figures and principles are.
Private tuition available
There are slots of an hour before or after this Saturday event for private tuition suitable for couples. If you are interested in booking a private class please ring Tony Lane on 02075383852.
