All dancers start with grounded breathing, continued by technique, this week it will be pivoting and counter rotation or disassociation exercises. In the beginners group Tony will work on possibilities after the backward ochos and various combinations for example, parada and passada, molinete, media luna and many more. For the improvers Anita and Stuart will add a sacada in the Americana and follow with the combination for sacada in the forward ocho, sidestep and backward ocho in the giro. So, triple sacada whammy!
