About Tango E14
Tango E14 is the longest running milonga in London last year we celebrated our Crystal 15th year anniversary! Tony Lane has started Tango E14 around 16 years ago and dancing Argentine Tango for arguably much longer than that. Anita van de Watering has joined Tango E14, 9 years ago to complement Tony’s strong experience and knowledge on social dancing and tango culture with her knowledge and experience on dance technique, physiology and teaching skills as a qualified dance teacher.

Getting here
The Crossrail Roof Gardens are above the Crossrail, also known as the Elizabeth Line station at Canary Wharf. Canary Wharf is a large modern commercial business estate, now covering many blocks. So if you arrive at Canary Wharf by any means of transport: Eg Jubilee Line, DLR, Crossrail, or Bus, then just follow the signs to the Crossrail/ Elizabeth line station. Or Ask directions.
The building over the crossrail station is like a large, oversize, three or four storey curved wooden greenhouse. On the upper level there is an enclosed sub-tropical garden (the roofgardens). To find the Performance Space, simply find the ground level entrance to ‘Crossrail/ Elizabeth Line Canary Wharf station’. Then instead of going down to the station, go up by escalator or lift to the Roof Gardens. The ‘Performance Space’ is in the middle, towards the eastern end of the building.
