Saturday 9th November 2024 Tony and Anita will teach on musicality in ganchos and giros and give your pointers on how to navigate the musical landscape in tango. Don’t miss it!
Followed after class will be DJ Andy Warner as usual and lovely cosy milonga lighting with help of Stuart.
Class on the musical landscape of tango
We have worked with Tony to clean up our giros, and then explore how we can modify or interrupt our giros with ganchos. Now today let’s have a look at how we might enjoy and interpret the ‘Musical landscape’ that is Tango from the perspective of Tony and Anita. Note that next week Hernan Brusa will give us his ideas of ‘Musicality and connection for rhythmic orchestras’. And then on Saturday 23rd November Davide Baldanza and Cintia will work on part 2 of ‘Melodic and Rhythmic Ganchos’ !!
These classes are for those that are keen to learn, keen to improve, come early to the whole class, and pay full attention.
Private tuition available
There are slots of an hour before or after this Saturday event for private tuition suitable for couples. If you are interested in booking a private class please ring Tony Lane on 02075383852.
