After a lovely hot and sunny summer in August, finally the wait to restart dancing Tango at E14 is OVER! We are restarting this Saturday the 5th September! With guest teacher Margaret Trotter, she is part of the teaching team at QTL.
This Saturday Margaret will be teaching with Kiran Bains. And Anita will be DJing a special Tango Nuevo last hour and with unusual tango tracks NOT to be missed! This afternoon will be with the usual lighting and decorations. It will be lovely to catch up with you all!
Class on 3 step combination
Margaret Trotter is a lovely teacher and regularly teaching intercambio at QTL. So, come ready to swop roles. She likes to workshop and ask questions like what if… This is what she has chosen for you to explore this Saturday:
Three step combination that can be used in Tango with small steps and close embrace or in Tango Vals with more swing. Uses single and double time, the class will include musicality and technique exercises. Please listen to the following piece of music if you are thinking of joining us as she will be using this and it will be easier to dance to if you familiarise yourself with it. Carlos Di Sarli – Alberto Podesta – Al compás del corazón, 1942.
Private classes available
There are slots available for private classes occasionally before the group class or after the milonga. These classes are suitable for individuals as well as couples.
