This Saturday 21st October 2023 Tango E14 has a normal afternoon with class and practilonga as usual. This week we follow up from our closer looking at rhythm and how to use different rhythms in the giro.
1 – 2.30 Class with Tony and Anita on ‘Giros’ and details.
This class is all about ‘Giros’, understanding the details of them, how we lead and follow them, and how we can vary them, including the dynamics of them to create our own tango dancing together in the moment. Last week we looked at understanding and feeling the music. This week we will look in detail at giros from that perspective. Please come early to get the full benefit of this class. We will do a variety of exercises, especially relating to our pivot, and dissociation.
This class is aimed at all levels, beginners and experienced dancers.
2.30 – 5pm Milonga/Practica/Dance
Entry: Class and Practica £7.
Practica only, after 2.30pm £5.
